The fourth part of the series done by Foreign Chronicles with Mr. Gerard Chaliand. In this part Mr. Chaliand discuses the moves of the Saudis and their engagement in Yemen as well as their mismanagement of the crisis in that country. The critic is focused on Saudis poor military engagement in Yemen and how excessive use of military power actually prompted a humanitarian crisis in that country. Furthermore Mr. Chaliand again emphasizes the regional rivalry between Iran and Saudi Arabia as leaders of opposite factions in Islam and how their rivalry affects the geopolitics of the region. The interview is concluded with remarks regarding the composition or religious re-composition of Iraq and probably Syria.
